    I'd upgrade to the 6800u via the link which gives you 16gb ram then upgrade monitor for 1725. wort the extra money.

    @shellshocked. how build of these compared to the yoga slim carbon? Do you think they'll do another yoga slim carbon but with the 6800 series?

      Carbon is supposed to be better build quality, but I can only base that on feedback from work colleagues on the Ryzen 5000 version. I'm not seeing anything in Psref at the moment regarding an updated AMD version with a 6000 series CPU.

        Reckon it's worth the upgrade? I've seen the yoga slim pro 14 X and slim pro 16. I know the GPU and batt life will be much better with 6000 series.

        Are all the AMD versions getting USB 4.0? Only this model linked shows it on website. The slim pro 14 X and slim pro 16 don't show it

          Unfortunately it's up to the OEM regarding USB4. Arguably it's just a firmware upgrade, but you would also need to check if they implement all of the features. Microsoft has made certain requirements for Windows 11 and USB4, but it just depends on how they enforce it.

      Still adds up to $1558.76 for me. Are you sure you followed the instructions and picked the model with the base price of $1429.09? The $1,828.09 price you described matches the other model for sale.
