Lenovo has really inflated prices, so if you are looking for a Lenovo laptop I'd suggest to do some research to see if you can get it cheaper elsewhere even if it's heavily discounted.

If you need better performance, you could consider the Yoga Pro 7i (14", Gen 10) Aura Edition for $1,895.97 (after 5% off). The 255H performs better than 258V but has less battery life. If you really want the 285H, it's actually cheaper to upgrade from the 255H model.

Similarly priced to the MSI 258v AI laptop. Seems like the $3k price is fake msrp

Just need topcashback to do another upsized cashback and this will be very cheap.

    • They will jack the price when upsizing cashback. Its the norm.

Yeah the inflated prices are a joke, especially on the Yoga series. Not sure what purpose they serve when every retailer is selling closer to their "discounted" prices.

    This isn’t a deal - it’s $1797 on Amazon. Regular price.

$1709.96 is still cheaper, plus with cashback it's good value.

    • Amazon rarely shows the RRP or original price.

  • Tempted but no touchscreen :-(

It can be upgraded to touch for $80.

  • I want a thinkpad deal. I wish the Carbon X1's weren't so expensive, and had non soldered memory. Is a P14s the closest to a carbon X1 in size weight and durability?

    • I agree the Carbon X1's are really expensive. However, they are extremely light (<1kg I believe), so it's not easy to find something similar. I heard some good things about the T14s. I don't know much about the P series.

Theres currently an extra 10% off code (ULTRAPORTABLE) that can be stacked with the EOFY25 code, for the X1 models.

For eg. This one comes down to $2548.62.

ETA: lower with topcashbacks 4.55% cashback offer.
If I'd known about the extra 10% off yesterday, I most likely would have pulled the trigger with topcashback offering 15% cashback!

    • Just got the new thinkpad T14 Ultra 5 135u vpro for $1400 on Lenovo outlet apparently half price.

Got it for dad as his one just broke so wanted a vpro for the xtra security and some form of in built AI.

All laptops are OLED now. Call me old school, but even though I know the picture / colours are better on OLED screens, I really can't deal with the glossy / reflections and prefer IPS/Matte. Shame (for me at least) because it's a good deal if a good cashback kicks in.

    • Lenovo still have lots of laptop without OLED. Most of the Commercial Laptops are still LCD / Matte Screen.

      • Have you seen some? Because I've done a search on their website with my criteria, which gave me about 30 results, and they were all OLED no exception. Even when clicking "Build my PC", none gave me the option to swap for an IPS. Same deal with the numerous Lenovo deals posted on OZB in recent days. I'm looking for fairly high specs, which may keep the business laptops with IPS screens out of my results, but ideally I'd also like a laptop that looks nice, not too corporate. I'm not sure if I'd like to have a ThinkPad as a personal laptop for instance. In any case, it's frustrating because I'm seeing nice deals, at least they could give us a few IPS options.

    • for me its the blurry texts that makes me can't stand oleds :(

  • There doesn't have touchscreen? Anyone recommend yoga series?

    • You can configure to add a touch screen for $80 more

  • creators rejoice as eofy prices hit 16 inch models too. quite a few $1500 options with high res 120hz OLED panels

  • I recall seeing yoga 2in1 at $1970 with 15% cashback . Should be better than this
