    yes 4000k refers to the color output, which is a natural white

    4000lumens refers to the light output measured in lumens

    40w/4000 lm at 4000k is pretty standard for any batten really done in the last 5 years or so.

  Low profile , tri colour as well, pretty bright when comparing with standard tube lights.

    The one you bought is dimmer - 3400 lumens vs 4000 lumens. HPM is also a more established premium brand compared to the more value-oriented Martec.
