      Hydroponics!

Lettuce is one of the easiest and quickest thing to grow hydroponically. Can go from seed to full head in about 5 weeks. Then just snip off leaves as needed and watch how a new set of leaves grows back in a day or two… then rinse repeat for weeks

    • Winter crops flourish in the rain. My winter ones going great guns and I don't have to do anything (such as watering), except harvesting.

      Obvious not if it's flooding.
