  • Trying to use paypal, checkout says €29.50EUR, which gets converted to $46.03 AUD. Curious how to get $43.99?

    • May be you forgot the code?

      • Without the code it's €32.53EUR, or $50.76 AUD.

        • Hmmm sorry, not sure why. Better skip it then. My previous purchase with Eneba was surprisingly alright (this was my first time dealing with code purchase), for your reference.

    • +1

Change the currency within the PayPal checkout.

I had this issue last time as it used PayPal's currency exchange.

When changed to pay in Euro, it ended up being within $0.30 of the estimated price when using ING's visa exchange rates

      • Yes this is it. Checkout in paypal and when you select payment method inside paypal, change it to foreign currency instead of AUD. I'm with UP bank and had no additional charges in my transaction

  • Avoid this site! I got screwed over with my account credit, have sent them screen shots and everything that is available. Online chat have admitted to a error on there side of things but due to there t&c a refund is not possible. Wow

    • Did you use Eneba wallet?

      • Yes

        • I don't understand. Do you mind please explaining what happened exactly as I was thinking about using the wallet.

          • @thousandsuns: Put money in my account to use as credit. Amount that was deposited was wrong and now they won't refund me even with proof/screen shots and they have admitted it's a fault on there end. No refunds are to be given due to there t&c. Laughable

            • @Reecey: You're trying to take money out of the wallet and back into your bank account?
Did you not use all the funds?

  • Awesome! Bought 3 for $136.84 and all redeemed perfectly

    • What payment method did you use? Is it worth risking putting money into the Eneba wallet for the extra few $ savings?

      • eneba wallet will have similar service fees as well.

        • That's no value in their discounts then.
