Or… harden you hands up with a few calluses that protect your hands as well as help with your grip…

    • I try but as i workout, palms get sweaty and afraid that barbell will slip off while doing bench press/ Deadlift.

Deadlift maybe, if you are getting up there in weights but then maybe consider mixed grip or possibly straps. Before then, chalk at most.

      • Chalk?

      • Nothing wrong with wearing gloves. These ones are good as they are not too restrictive. Personally I hate the feeling of chalk. Straps though would be more important than these during deadlift.

    use chalk.

For power lifting, I don't think gloves are useful or necessary. Better to strengthen your grip and use a mixed grip for deadlifting if necessary.

I do have a pair of gloves that I use for kettlebell snatches - in this case I use them because they actually reduce grip and help with the motion. But then for kettlebell swings I use chalk.

    Women's gloves also reduced
