Got JB Hi-Fi to price match online chat as I had giftcard to use. Initially they were reluctant due being ''limited quantity'' as it's showing as only being stock at 1 Bing Lee store. But I said I can get it delivered to me and can place 10 qty in my cart. I said I only wanted to buy 1 and then they agreed to price match. Probably be easier to price match in store.

Could try Officeworks 5% price beat too.

  • is this better than Logitech C922 Pro Stream Webcam ?

This has Face Tracking and is USB-C.

    • You do get 1080p 60fps, I have this and it serves its purpose. However, the non-detachable cable is really a deal breaker.

      Check out Logitech's comparison:

You can look into comparisons but on paper yes. The Streamcam can do 1080p 60fps. You have to be mindful though the Streamcam has a USB-C plug so you will either need a USB-C port on your computer or get a USB-C to USB-A adapter.

Also no Mic in the streamcam, the 922 has inbuilt mic

It does have a mic. ''Dual front facing microphones''

I want to add that I have 1 of these already and the picture quality is really impressive and deals with low light pretty well.

The USB C cable is only about 1m though. But I found this good extender deal on Amazon 2 x 2m extension cable for $13.79 delivered (Prime)

  • I picked up a Lenovo 510 which supports Windows Hello!

    $10 cheaper and free derivery.

  • I use an app called Camo studio on my mac and my iphone which make my phone a webcam. Free version only does 720p but that's all I need. Use the main camera and you're golden
