    Stay away from this company!

I bought from them recently, and they send me a box of expired item. They are willing to 'accomodating' and take it back to their warehouse (which is far away from my house) on Saturday 2-4.30PM, which we are very busy every Saturday. I've tried to communicate with them, it seems they can't be bother.

Seriously, it's easier to buy from your local supermarket / asian grocery than buying from this guy.

    • Hi @polarbear1234
      apology for the inconvenience.

Due to the nature of the business (online grocery), we only have availability on Saturday for customer to pickup their item.
As you know we try to pass the savings to our customers directly by not having to open our warehouse everyday.

In regard to the "expired item" you mentioned, I believe we have explained to you that the item is on "best before" which also set on sale in the website.
We have also put a notification on our site whenever a customer adds a "sale item" in the checkout and cart to ensure they check the best before date.

I agree with you that supermarket/asian grocery has the convenience compare to shop at online shop hence the saving that we are offer to customers.
Again apology if our price or our service is not up to your standard, we are doing what we can to improve it.

Thank you for the feedback though
Let me know if you are still not satisfied with this and we can resolve it in friendly manner.

  • Not a deal: Coles are on sale for $4.45

Also, I spent over $50 to get the free delivery — but was required to pickup due to the nature of one of the items: no warnings, no communications, not being offered a refund.

    • Hi @tofu_soldier
      thank you for the feedback.

With regard to the delivery, not all item can be posted (fresh/frozen item) in which we have the option for our customers to pick up the item directly from our warehouse.
This option is displayed within the checkout before you finalise your transaction and there's also link to explanation on delivery options in our FAQ.
