    • +1

      • +1

Zyron Powerpod-66 has interchangeable heads which is what I am waiting on

    • Not this one. Only Powerpod Series has changeable plugs. There is currently a 66W available and a 100W coming up next week.

      • Do you have a link to the 100W one? I can't see it on your website.

        • Not listed yet. It will be listed for Pre-order on Friday.

          • @ibelievesyd: Was this ever posted on the site?

            • @sickburn: Our test reports were delayed but it is coming up later today

                  • @ibelievesyd: Hi OP, I tried to use the code "WELCOME10", it keep saying "Enter a valid discount code", can you please check if the code is still active for a new user? Thanks

                    • +1

@Spesial: It was valid till end of July sorry

                  • @ibelievesyd: WELCOME10 is showing as an invalid code? Should that be the case?

                    • @Richard Gimbal: Unfortunately not. We have already dropped the prices for August plus we have bundle discounts when you buy more than 1.

                      • @ibelievesyd: Hi, is there still a discount for signing up to the newsletter? Or any current new user code? Cheers.

                        • @Richard Gimbal: Yes there is a new user voucher but it has a minimum spend requirement.

  • so, if i get this right, this charger can provide up to 90W power when a SINGLE device is connected to any of the USB-C ports, right? I can connect my laptop (65w) and power it through my HUB which has PD (requires 12W) so a total consuption of 65+12=77W. Should be ok, riiiight? Also, do these explode like heymix?

    • +1

I ordered this under this assumption as my laptop charges at 90w so would like to know the answer too.

    • +1

In theory.. the specs say this thing should be able to do it.. 90w on a si gle USB c. But only if that's the only thing connected.

    • +1

it would depend on how much power the hub can draw from the charger. The charger can provide 90W via single C port. Which charger do you currently use for your setup?

Will not explode. Genuine SAA and similar charger is also sold by Comsol Australia wide in OW.

      • How interesting. My Heymix 65w from a year and a half ago did just stop working at 45w connected to my Asus Zephyrus G14 laptop. Still appears to do quick charge with my Huawei Mate 20 Pro though, so seemingly not entirely dead. Came hear looking for a charger with a bit more overhead, and the ability to charge at 65w which is the G14 Max PD charging rate.

  • Any deal coming up for the 120W Powastone?

    • We just had a deal on Prime Day on Amazon. Sold in an hour. We'll have a deal around end of the month.

  • Would this be any more energy efficient than running 2 separate chargers at the same time (1 Apple and 1 Samsung)? If its just going to same me one socket on the powerboard then not worth it for me.

    • GaN chargers are more efficient than Si chargers. I don't have the accurate numbers when compared with Apple/Samsung but our Deskpod 156W charger has NXP Green Chip PFC controller for high energy efficiency and reaches up to 87% conversion

  • Damn.. had just ordered a couple of the Powastone 65W units!

  • Hey OP, could you do a deal on the Powastone 120W GaN 2 charger? Thanks mate!

EDIT: Just noticed you've already answered it above. Thanks OP!
