The main difference regardless of brand is the type of fabric and the more expensive fabrics aren’t necessarily any better.

I just had my $90 sunbeam fleece one replaced under warranty with the $180 fur model because I had free choice. I actually prefer the feel of the fleece, and that it’s more reversible cos both sides are similar fabric. Reversible is good so the power lead can be put in the least awkward position.

  • Anything bigger OP?

    • Sorry this is biggest size in throws we have.

      Thank You

  • Think we got the Aldi branded one about 2 years ago for around $20. Still going strong.

You're warned not to use it as an electric blanket (under other bedware) but we slip it under our doona an hour (only) before bedtime in winter so that it's toasty warm when we go to bed.

    mmmmmm.

Edit/Correction: It was probably closer to $25-$30, looking online. Fairly sure it was marked down (left over) from a special buy price of ~$35-40.
