this stuff has been on before and general feedback was that it's crap…

thanks for the heads up :)

Blu Tak also does a good job of picking up dust like this.

Vacuum cleaners are also effective at picking up dust, and better for the environment. Seriously, I think the vendor is just finding new and creative uses for a leftover product.

Is it really made out of snot ?

        • +4

If your snot is lime green, you need to visit a doctor immediately.

          I call it flubber!

  • +2

hey.. it's a cool way to make your kid clean up on your behalf!

"here boy, take this magic pudding and play it on the keyboard for a few mins…"

    :P

won't a vacuum achieve the same effect?

    • Not quite. You'll find some dust sticks to the keys and won't come off with simple suction. Static is very strong.

What I wonder is if the 75g is enough to clean an entire keyboard.

  • I don't see a place to enter the code.

    Sounds like something for granny!

    Junk

  • Isnt this just slime?
    Make your own here http://video.about.com/chemistry/How-to-Make-Slime.htm

    • The ingredients required to make slime is probably more expensive than the original stuff. Might as well buy it if you actually need it.

  • just get one of these….

    Electrostatic duster.
Best invention ever for dusting around modems, printers, keyboards, monitors, tvs etc.

I hate cleaning (actually…. looking at my desk now I'm horrified at the mess!), but when I do pull my finger out and clean, these bad boys are magic.

Stuff the flubber, get a duster. Trust me.

  • i love using this stuff for fiddly crevices on DSLR bodies. seriously takes all the effort out for that last part of a DSLR clean up. I really test the weatherproofing!
