The blend is sweet and complex, with a fruit-forward focus, in particular notes of fresh red berries. It is the lightest profile of our 3 blends and serves as both an exceptional espresso and a medium-bodied milk blend.

The name intentionally reflects the forward-thinking approach of our partner farms and the coffees they are producing. It uses higher altitude coffees and rewards those with a disciplined and controlled approach to brewing

It's our lightest profile carrying flavour notes of sweet, fruity, and smooth.

    "I am not affiliated"

Sounds like something someone affiliated would say

    • +2

no I am not - just a customer

      • +17

That's probably the next thing they would say!

        • just a customer who made a recent purchase taking advantage of this deal!

          • +8

@00: After that comment, I'm almost certain that you are in fact affiliated.

            • @haggertm: I am very certain I am not in fact affiliated.

edit: but I do on adhoc occasion order and consume their coffee

  • +2

It used to be 50% off for the first 3 deliveries. I got max Subscription and paid not more than $17 for 1Kg of Porter from them free delivered.

    • +1

Me too. I won't order unless its 50% off.

    • Porter ≠ Trailblazer

    • -1

The median house price in Sydney used to be $325,000

      • I got the last time the 50% off subscription a year ago. How much was the median house price in Sydney last year?

        • March 2021: $1,314,383
          March 2022: $1,590,932
          Difference: $276,549

That's 7 tonnes of coffee beans.

          • @00: Well, to be fair you have to compare the price of trailblazer last and this year. Considering you got a 50% off last year and this time it’s maybe only not even 20% this would be an increase of more than 30%. Your above numbers as comparison don’t show a 30% increase within a year!

            • @Thrifty Dan: Taken into account inflation and increased interest rates?

              • +1

@00: It's this kind of thinking that (profanity) with our economy - "Inflation is high so it's ok to charge extra, people will pay for it anyway".

                • @kenplho: the economy was shot long ago
around the same time they built tollway roads, put pokies everywhere, shutdown the car manufacturers to favour the import of 3-series and invited every man from around the globe to buy a patch of the suburbs for their SUV

      • And a frozen Coke use to cost more than $1.

  • And this is not their most selling blend.

Porter is the most selling, which I bought recently. Previously someone gifted me their taste pack or something. I forgot how it tasted so thought to give it another shot. I think these are pretty decent, nothing special that would surprise you.

A friend recently refused to have have their coffee at my place, I don't know why. They said their coffee is the only coffee in Sydney they couldn't finish and had to throw it ol 😂

    • That's wild. In my experience Pablo had some of the most consistent filter coffee for an affordable price.

      • I don't always blame the beans, I blame my extraction process first lol

I won't serve them coffee anymore, they should bring their own beans 😂

  • When Airjo Sumatra is $30.57/kg delivered, this isn't really a deal…

    • +1

Sumatra is a weak tasting bean, and if you don't like caramel it isn't for you.

      • 321 upvotes versus (as of 24hr later), 3. Speaks volumes really.

        • +2

Not really, Ozbargain buy anything thats cheap, doesn't necessarily mean it's good. Of all the beans that go on sale regularly, Airjo are at the bottom. Lime blue coffee, Inglewood are far superior to Airjo beans.

          • +1

@Sean8802: I guess the taste is subjective, for me Airjo Sumatra is perfectly suitable for "the daily grind" 🥴 I'll give LBC a whirl next time they pop up!

            • +1

@The Judge: It is, I agree. If I liked caramel I would be all over the Airjo Sumatra beans. I've got them on two occasions and dislike them each time. However their twilight blend and enterprise blend aren't too bad. LBC just pips them tho if they're the same price I would go LBC everytime.

    • +1

Looks like the Trailblazer is a fruity coffee. I've nearly finished my bag of Sumatra, and there is nothing fruity about it. Okay as a daily cheap shot, but nothing special.

  • Now it’s 50% off for the first 2 deliveries. That brings it down to under $20 for 1Kg for porter street for the large work subs. 3kg for $56. Targeted offer. Check your email.
