    Thank you for submitting a missing cashback claim.

    We have appealed this missing cashback claim with the merchant and found that the merchant has deemed ShopBack ineligible to earn commissions on this transaction which results in us being unable to pass the cashback along to you.

    ShopBack awards cashback on your transactions on the basis that the merchant attributes your order to ShopBack and pays us a commission, they are the deciding party on a sale being attributed to ShopBack.

    There are quite a few reasons why these orders may not be attributed to ShopBack. This includes:

    1. If a user clicks on a Honey, Cashrewards, or another chrome extension after clicking from ShopBack
    2. If other web pages (including search sites, social media, store sites, promotional/discount sites) or web browsers are opened after clicking through ShopBack
    3. Clicking through to another page from a banner, pop-up, or advertisement on the store’s webpage whilst shopping
    4. Antivirus/Cleanup or Adblocker applications block or disrupt cashback tracking (Tracking cookies are required to track transaction)
    5. When the order falls under the merchant’s exclusions, including the use of promo codes not listed on ShopBack.

      I always do it through the app to avoid this problem quite annoying when they do this

      Never had an issue using the app. Too many tracking blockers in browsers

    Sitewide code isnt on the shopback site?

      @StarPlatinum: Not yet. It's usually listed, but when it's not the site gets updated once ShopBack is notified.

      The store rep (gotyourback) has stated that any code listed on the First Choice Liquor site is eligible for cashback even if not listed on ShopBack's site. Should be the same for Liquorland. I'm just waiting for a reply to confirm this and/or get the site updated.

        @nicholasv: Thanks for that. I can't check the app myself as even the latest version still doesn't allow hyphens in the email address!

        Yeah, the 10% off sitewide codes for Liquorland and First Choice Liquor are always listed on ShopBack and Cashrewards, unless there's a stuff up. It happens rarely at Cashrewards (and TA jumps on the PM's right away and gets the codes listed). Happens more often at ShopBack and they don't action the reports as quickly. (It's been almost two hours now and still no reply from the Store Rep.)

          UPDATE: Confirmed by the Store Rep that sitewide codes should work. ShopBack website still not updated, though.

    On a side note who thinks the new shopback logo is horrendous?
