Good price for watch that is going to get wear OS 3 update.
It has got good specs but not good build quality compared to pro version.

This is an old news article from last year not a mobvoi announcement. Nothing has been announced by google/mobvoi even after google io this year.
While I hope snapdragon 4100 watches will be updated, the fact that watches with the new w5+chipset are coming very soon makes this less likely IMO.
Well then I would return the watch and ask for a full refund.
@Iluvfreebies-freeDel: Well good luck trying to get a refund where there never was any guarantee.
@gadget: Well that would be false publicity and be reported to ACCC. Mobvoi has this article on their website.
@Iluvfreebies-freeDel: Not going to argue this point further. As I said it's a year old and not an official statement, plus try getting a judgement against a Chinese company that doesn't have an Australian web storefront.
@gadget: Even if that is case. No one would every trust any Chinese company selling in Australia if they are going to be above the law.
Not a bad watch, except the incomplete voice control google assist features.
This is pretty much the same with any wear OS 2 watch. A complete shambles and unlikely to be fixed leaving older watches pretty much out in the cold.
Interested to see what the new w5 chipset is like? But wearos 2 has just been getting worse and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone in its current state.
Mostly improved battery life from what I understand. I personally would wait for these new watches that are supposed to be out this year.
Decent watch, the band can painful if on for a while. I returned mine for a pro 3 ultra, quality way better, but in terms of OS smoothness and features it's pretty much the same.
Does it repel fleas or only tics?
LCD screen and no ambient light sensor.
I haven't seen any official statement from either google or mobvoi confirming wear OS3 will definitely come to this watch. All that has been reported is that it is one of a few that is "eligible". Especially with the new snapdragons around the corner.
