  I like using 6ft cables since you get more freedom to use the device while plugged in, but I find they all fail at some point regardless of brand. I suspect it's due to increased movement over time that causes the damage.

  Its a hit and miss.. out of the three, only one is left working well.. roughly 6mos since I ordered them.. one was immediately a dud out of the box, got partially refunded by amazon.. the other one doesn't charge fast anymore..
