It's the best model i think. The more expensive model is not a good value.
When I went to claim cashback the other day I had to call them as there was an issue with not being able to access the cashback form on the website. They had to email me the cashback form. Not sure if they have fixed the issue yet.

I submitted my cancellation request for the Bing Lee order earlier today and got a full refund within 30 minutes after messaging for reference. It may depend on the shipment status but it was fine to cancel it today.

@Pricebeat: Attempted this, but gift card function is still not working. Think their website might be borked. I suppose it isn't too much of a loss considering the coupon ends tomorrow, but still rather annoying that they've screwed the pooch.
@Pricebeat: I purchased an Ultimate eGift Card for $350 not realising that it basically functioned as a debit card. This meant there was a shortfall that I couldn't make up with another payment source, so purchased a $50 Prezzee gift card. It doesn't get applied as a giftcard/store credit either (or maybe it's just the website that's broken), so you can't make up the shortfall using it.

I have lodged with Philips as soon as I have bought but haven't got it yet.
Just got an email today from them saying 'due to a technical issue' when my claim was lodged that my bank account details were not received with the online claim, and need to provide these again for the claim to be re-processed. (This was submitted after the initial issues they were having with the form and it was supposed to be fixed!)

I got the same email today. I usually don't check my spam folder but for some reason I did. It said I have to resend bank details and the receipt in the next few weeks or the claim won't go through.
This is why I dislike cash back promotions, sometimes it doesn't get processed. Earlier this year I submitted two bonus promotion things and they never sent me what was promised.
Are they running out this model because there's a new model coming out? This model has been on sale recently from several retailers and Philips is giving $100 rebate as well.
