  • are you sure you can combine the coupon and cashback together? sounds like you can't

    • Yes you can. Mine ($43.45) has tracked from CR.

It is also listed as part of the offer on CR here.

      • no the $120 cashback with redemption(thegoodguys.com.au) -T&C's says 10) it can't be used with any other Good Guys Offer. I doubt you will be able to claim it aswell as the 15% the way it reads

If they use the same gaskets and solenoids as in their washing machines I wouldn't trust it not to flood the house. Their warranty is pretty rubbish. Been fobbed off for a faulty AC unit and for our washer dryer combo they said they sent requests to our local service centre. Took it in and they said LG is full of it and won't honour anything gasket related on warranty. Door seal and solenoids lasted 12 months, we paid out of pocket to fix. They were leaking again 6 months later so we decided to get it out of our life.
Trying to get those stupid 10 year motor warranty stickers tend to scratch the appliance.

For this price wouldn't you buy Bosch?

    • Series 6 was out of budget, Series 4 stinks inside…

I went from Bosch to LG, they are great dishwashers and look far better than Bosch.

Ours was delivered yesterday. Had my local store match the $1098 commercial price so I could add installation and removal (can’t choose that option when buying from commercial normally). Was between this and a Beko but they didn’t have the particular Beko I was after on the floor to look at in person so went with the LG.

Be careful to make sure the product is in stock or you will be waiting months for it on backorder even if TGG website says in stock. High chance the cashrewards might not be tracked and honoured by TGG, still waiting for my product delivery and 15% cashback from EOFY.

    Lg quadwash? No thanks.

Why so you say that? I've had this for the past 3 months and it has been flawless. Things go in dirty and they finish completely clean and bone dry. They also had heaps of positive reviews so I don't get the dislike

Reviews were very inconsistent when i looked approx 1-2 years ago

Mine has been working flawlessly for the past 9 months.

Coming up to 2 years old over here and still working flawlessly. The vocal minority strike again!

          • @playaz91: Don't worry, superiority of an ozb sample size of 2 is noted?!

  • This or Bosch?

i regret getting a Bosch serie 2 so may consider this if Bosch try to replace my unit again

Really Great price! I bought this a month ago, for a lot more and can firmly recommend. The cycles all take a while, but it’s very quiet. My favourite is the auto open door feature at the end of cycle. Which is such a simple feature, but makes so much sense.

Just sharing my experience with these LG Quadwash dishwasher.
Had mine replaced with another brand (F&P) after numerous issues with the washing ending mid wash and shuts off. Board replaced by LG once and issues came back after 6mths.
There seems to be some design issues with the water seals near the board. Google it.
But their customer service was very good when I posted a negative review on the dishwasher. Offered me a full refund just close to the 2yr period.

Had mine a year, it's been brilliant. Hasn't skipped a beat. My wife was really keen on getting a machine that dries dishes well and it's worked well in that respect too

Likewise, I would buy it again.

  • Looks like the price has changed. Its showing 1105 to me now.

    • It was 1195 before discount, seems like TGG has increased the price by $100.
