APCO cranbourne west on Westernport highway. Not a huge line when I just filled up. Get in quick!

This has to be the cheapest vic price since the 7 eleven error!

Also, the westernport highway is closed heading to the peninsula so take that into account.

    Or you can get in your chopper and go to Greenbank 4124 on the 7/11 app and lock in 159.9 and then fill up at any 7/11

          I agree but 7 eleven will eventually get rid of the price lock function and those of us who use it honestly will be upset

            @douevenozbargain: It's no different to putting an avocado through as an onion or driving off from a service station but leaving what you owe them minus $10. It's still technically stealing

            I’ve been doing it since at least 2017. They know about those that break the T&C’s but they won’t get rid of the price lock because of us. It differentiates them from the market and gets people putting an app on their phone, that’s worth a lot.

    How much would it cost to drive here for a 4c/l discount? 50L fuel tank would save $2! On that basis It would have to be around 10-15 km return. No thanks! Good deal if you leave 5 mins away though

          Can only speculate:

          Suspect some of the reasons are.

          1) lack of independents/less retailers/smaller market. The only real discounters are Costco, and a few metros.
          2) no fuel watch scheme like nsw
          3) because they can and people will pay it either due to being locked in with fleet or they don't care due to income/don't want to drive to the few places that are cheaper and wait 30m/1hr
          4) no pricing cycles like other states.

    $1.49 at the servo out front of DFO Moorabbin. (At least it was when i drove past at 5:30pm on my way home)
