That was for code GOLDIE50 - only meant for use on Gold Coast. So delivery outside that area would be noticed. Sent from a different delivery centre. HF has had a few geographic codes. That person was from Sydney!
All that happens is your order is cancelled (unless you want to pay the $50 more).
New accounts for same address might be detected. Just delete old account (if possible, otherwise change address) or add "Unit 1" etc in front of address. (Causes a little confusion, but always delivered OK for me.)
