This watch was not sold for $495. Search cache seems to indicate last sold at $283, which is not nearly so impressive, right?
daily time tolerance + or - 35 sec? is this normal for watches like this
Its an automatic(mechanical).
If worn daily, you shouldn't have to adjust it often. I got about a couple of months out of my Fossil one, before noticing its off a little.
I expect Seiko ones to be a lot better.
Never had it go faster thou.
There is storage boxes specifically made for these types of watches.
A +/- 35 second difference per day is very normal for automatic watches. Despite misconceptions, unless you're looking to spend crazy amounts of money, quartz watches are almost always more accurate.
