There are so many sheepskin boots out there claiming to be 100% Australian Made. How can you tell one authentic boot from the rest?
What to ask your retailer when buying your sheepskin products.
Where are your skins from?
Where are they processed?
Are the boots hand cut, hand stitched, hand glued in Australia?
Ask for the address of manufacturer and tannery. There should be no reason why your retailer cannot provide you with details of the origin of your boots.
All UGG Australia® products are 100% Australian made at our factory and ecologically processed at our Roman Tannery in Laverton North, Melbourne.

There really should be a new rules or some sort to get rid of these repetitive free ads for the same deals almost every single month. These are now the same as those sales on Kathmandu or kitchenware closing down sales we see at the stores…

    • +3

There are rules already. I have never noticed these posts, but now it’s winter I notice them. Clearly I just scroll past them and it’s not too excessive under existing site policy.

      • +2

I for one appreciate these, I've been after a pair for a while, and they popped up at the right time. We might be coming to a close of Winter (hopefully) but these should last a few years I hope.

        • Going off previous comments you won’t be getting a few winters out of them.

      • Dude, they have posted 53 times in 7 months.

So many "deals" are repetitive, so where do you draw the line. Like everyday another menulog deal, the same as yesterday and invariably the same people voting them up.

Or another branded phone deal. Or another Tesla discount. Given the votes for Tesla's here, nearly every Tesla being imported for the next 5 years will be sold to Ozbargainers, except those who have OD'ed on weekly Caffeine drink deals (like Mother RedBull Coke), or exploded with over eaten Dominos/PizzaHut carbs.

Problem is that not everyone logs on everyday, so they dont see all the deals. And vendors get results by posting here numerous times, which in effect telsl you that some want these deals.

      • The menulog one is ridiculous though. It is absolutely a long running deal, albeit with a unique daily code.

    • I agree, they are spamming at this point.

  • Thanks, bought a pair, size 12, if they are too big that is fine, if they are too small, thats not ok

  • Bargain price… thanks OP. Bought a pair for myself and another for the wife.

  • Bought a pair for the girlfriend recently, there Well made and she loves them…

    • How did you find the sizing?

      • +1

Just asked the girlfriend, she’s a size 8 and says they fit perfect …

I assume a UK 14 / US 15 size is not something you do? Seems almost nobody does them.

I did find possibly the ugliest slippers i have ever seen in that size on ebay : https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/171948874030

    • Made from kangaroo testicles?

      • +1

That fit a size 14 foot? I imagine hopping would be pretty painful with your massive testicles hitting the ground on each hop!

  • +2

    I've got mine today.
Are not real, came in plastic bag, without a label.

    • Same experience, found two different brands arrived in a dirty plastic bag. Returned both. Bought the now USA owned UGG brand by deckers for $15 more (on sale), huge quality difference.

All this buy Australian made is rubbish, the soles are made in China.

      • Can you share link where you got the good ones from please?

  • Any deals on scuffs?

    • Tomorrow; Remember to Up Vote therefore we can supply more deals!
