    The fine print not on that page states you must have a plan with Telstra already, or are choosing a plan if buying the phone outright. :(

      I've got the email "7 Day Price Match successful claim", price matched Harvey Norman for $1,048

      • When did you lodges claim. I lodged today but received no email yet. I lodged 2 claims one with JB hi-fi price then with BingLee for $999.

      I never received a confirmation email after I submitted my claim, on the phone to them now to figure out if that's normal, I'll let you know my results

          Spent like half an hour on the phone, guy on the other end just kept repeating "there is no order for an xbox on your account just a samsung galaxy s22" even after I kept telling him I just wanted to know if they received my redemption request, tried the live chat after wards and got told this "Upon checking I see that Once they submit the claim they’ll receive a confirmation reference
          They’ll receive an email advising the outcome of claim within 7 - 10 business days
          If successful they’ll receive a tracking number via email once their gift has been scheduled for delivery
          Let them know they should allow up to 30 days for delivery from the date they received claim confirmation" so apparently we are supposed to receive a reference email but they weren't really much help either

            @Razrazza123: So will have to wait 7-10 business days for confirmation email. We should be getting some sought of acknowledgement email after submission.

    To those asking, yes PriceMatch JBHIFI worked, i just got my $200 credit for it,

    It is issued as a credit to your Telstra account however for of those just buying the phone and not having anything telstra

    • When did you received device and logged claim ? I don't have any service, so should be able to get that credit refunded in bank account ?

      • Received the phone at mid-day Monday and logged it at that time, so its pretty quick , given I received the unit pretty quick since Friday so odds are got in the front of the queue,

        T&C point 7 does state "You must have an active post-paid account number. Pre-Paid accounts and account numbers starting with the number ‘5’ are not eligible for 7 Day Price Match. "

        I'm sad i didnt see the BingLee topic tho, says you can only do one claim per order :( tried for the extra $50 tho

      That's strange, I've ported out October last year but still have the account number, successful claim anyway.

          The BingLee one hasn't come back yet.

          It's funny they sent me email saying the credit will appear on my account within 2 billing cycle, at the same time a credit note for $201 with a credit card's last 4 digits at the bottom right corner, which I don't own.

          Not sure what's gonna happen tbh.

        • They wouldn't accept my return because I ordered online and there's no cooling off period. My 7 Day Price Match was denied as I ported out last year. Don't know why I would trust Telstra anymore. What's the case they don't even have enough Xbox with terms and conditions that state 'Subject to stock availability'

    I got an email today saying they couldn't process my claim because the details did not match.
    Super annoying because i copied and pasted everything exact as per the tax invoice.
    Sounds like i have to wait another 2 weeks for Telstra to respond.

      Yep same here, triple checked all the details. Tried chat and they couldn't help. Spent half an hour on the phone with an agent who was actually trying to help but she couldn't see anything on her end either. She said she'd call back on Friday and I said that's the last day to resubmit the form… She said resubmit it anyway.

      This feels like borderline fraud by Telstra.

  • My s22 has such a terrible battery life. It literally dies out in around 2-3 hours screen time. Not sure if mines defective but from what I'm gathering the s22 has horrible battery life.
