I used to take this until a recent Tim Ferris podcast episode.
The TL;DR is that NAD is not bioavailable orally and the only way to supplement it is via IV.
Save you money, these supplements just get converted into Niacin.
I didn't notice any affect on energy levels either.

Sounds like an ad for the $3000 IV - All of the studies showing longevity improvements in mice were orally administered and an active transporter that moves NMN into cells was discovered in 2019.
Not an add for the IV. I doubt you can actually get a NMN IV in Australia.
