Could say that about any drink if using a paper straw. Would recommend loading up on plastic straws from AliExpress/eBay for cheap and store them in your glovebox.
If you're going to that kind of effort - why not use a washable / reusable straw?
Because remembering to take it out of your car, wash it, and then remembering to put it back in your car is considerably more physical and mental effort than just taking a plastic straw out of your glovebox and then binning it with the same cup you drank from.

Cool app hack for free McCafe beverages. Place a $50 order in the app and select Apple ID or Mastercard but use a throwaway Mastercard.
Order will get cancelled as payment did not go through but you get 5k points to redeem for 2 Large coffees of your choice.
