    I am not here to argue about the value of either, but I doubt very much that the Kmart stuff is (adequately) glass fibre reinforced nylon. The length and breadth of quality of injection molded plastics is vaaaaaast.

  I do not recommend these if you use turmeric for cooking. They change colour and won't clean.

  These are the "DUO" range which seems to be their lower tier stuff, I can only speak for the ice cube trays but the regular blue/green ones feel better and less flimsy than the Duo one.
