This is a pretty good deal coming up to the weekend. Especially if used on an item currently on special. Cheap booze, who can complain.

Note: Looks only to be available on the VIC, ACT, TAS and NSW pages. Tough luck everyone else.

I tried it. Signed up online, then went to the website on my phone and clicked on my offers, they asked for my phone number, then it pops up. You press activate and it produces a barcode on your phone that lasts 15 minutes, so don't activate until in store.

I got 10 x Cans of Johnnie Walker Premix cans for $22.98

Process for those struggling:
1. Sign up on the website.
2. Go to www.thirstycamel.com.au on your mobile device.
3. Click on My Offers
4. Enter the phone number you gave when signing up
5. You will see the offer "$10 OFF"
6. When Ready to redeem. Click on the offer and Activate. The barcode will show on your phone, but only lasts 15 minutes.

    Mine just says "thanks for your entry, good luck", and I dont get a My Offers section, just register again. What am I doing wrong?

    Does it sent the barcode through MMS or is it just shown on the internet? $40 for a carton of sparkling ale is pretty damn good.
    And for the people who like Wild Turkey, it will be $10 for 5 cans. Which is damn cheap.

      go to thirstycamel.com.au on your phone and click on my offers. Follow the prompts and the offer will come up. Dont activate it until at the register though. The barcode will appear on your phone and lasts only 15 minutes

    Doesn't appear to Work for WA. I registered via phone and if I change my state at the first page to VIC or NSW it logs me in to section with My Offers available but whenever I select state as WA cannot see My Offers.

    Just noticed on returning to the thirstycamel.com.au on my PC and selecting WA the $10 promo is gone, pretty sure it was there when I checked 10 minutes ago. However it still does mention it in the register here page

    2 years without posting on this forum but the chance of getting $10 off alcohol has brought me to life!

    What an uncoordinated turd of a franchise this is. I responded to an offer in the past for an itunes card with particular wine purchases and when I went to validate the purchase at the website, all I got was "thank-you for entering" rather than confirmation of the itunes card. Now QLD, WA, SA and others are excluded from this promotion.

      I had that when I was trying. Did you use Chrome or similar that used autofill for the data? If so, start again and type all manually. That worked for me. Waste of time in my case as QLD is excluded from the offer.

    What's with the time limit?? I doubt their systems are that up to date that they can approve and disable a barcode in that time period…

      I went in just before. They didn't even scan the barcode, just had a look at it and asked for my mobile.
