    Cibai hair dryer

  • what code is that?

    • SNSMIDHV32DHBM7M

  • Code not working

    • Oops It's targeted I didn't know. $79.55 without code. Still a quite good price

I hope that lovely Dyson fellow sues those IP-thieving good-for-nothings…

    • -1

To be honest, even blind people can see the difference between this one and Dyson…their legal department simply waste money if Dyson really try to sue Cibai blower

      • I think you misunderstand the morality of protecting intellectual property.

It's a common cultural difference between much of the Western world and China who wantonly (won ton lee!) and systemically steal IP from those whose efforts procure such advancements in the first place.

  • Does anyone know if this comes with an AU socket? Or do you need an international adaptor

    • It says "Official Australian Version with Compliance Certificate" I believe it should be in AU plug

    • +2

Yes my one is with an AU socket

      • Hows your experience been with this? Comparable to more expensive dryers?

        • I don't have a Dyson. Compared with Panasonic Nanoe NA98 this one is more lightweight and quick dry. While I feel Panasonic one is better for hydrating hair.

Overall would say it's good value for money.

    don't waste your bucks..

    • Why is that?

  • I have one of these fair dryer. It’s very decent. The only problem is that the dryer doesn’t start occasionally. I have to unplug it, wait for the error indicator stops and try again to see if it starts. It’s very annoying but it works great when it works….

BTW the chinese version has slight different model number (like most XiaoMi products)
HL9 is the global version, while HL906 is the chinese version

Only able to find one youtube review for the global version: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Q1OoSwquQ3M

If you know chinese, there's a detailed chinese version review here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DcoP1kUHKAQ

    Thanks OP
I think one of the unique standout feature of this hair dryer is the hot and cold air circulation function
By pressing the center button for 2 seconds it will do 5 seconds hot air, then 5 seconds cold air

Having 2 Dyson Ultrasonic dryers at home currently
still would like to try this out as my daughter doesnt like constant hot air
and this interchanging mode seems better than manually hold the cold air button in dyson

55c cheaper for those that don't have the code

    • Same seller different eBay accounts. They are at the same location.

  • Anyone owners care to comment on longevity? Some Amazon reviews I found on google cache say it only lasted them several months.

    • I had it for 2 years thus far.
