Beware that the listing goes to qiqihaerliuguodianzishangwuyouxiangongsi0123 at a cheaper $329 with zero positive feedback. Change to ‘Sold by Amazon’. Also should be $247.27 after cashback.

The link I provided should head to shipped and sold by Amazon :)

    Finally, thanks OP

I Bought the same one earlier this morning for $405, saw this, cancelled and re-ordered. thanks OP :D

Probably has been asked before, I have a generic one from Aldi that seems to work well. Would I notice the difference upgrading to this? Thanks.

You would be 1 item closer to your ozbargain ‘full set’ bonus

    • Came here expecting this question. I was right.

      • +2

Yes sorry, have seen you have predicted this question in prior posts. I guess Ozbargain peer pressure got to me as I've seen this posted many times, and I am trying to justify the cost to my partner.

Smart ass comment aside, is this better other than things like the materials on the handle etc.. does it do anything above a normal cheap one?

Finally bought this and will throw my kmart $59 one away
the kmart non-stick plate is starting to peel off

  • +1

  • how is it in comparison to the Kmart one?
is it worth to spend the extra?

    • +1

I had mine for around this price since 2017/2018 from Amazon and still going strong.

I've also got the first generation model which I bought it 9 years ago and still working fine (given it to my in law).

I don't have experience any household appliances from Kmart will last that long.

I bought the kmart one ($59 small size) 2 years ago
has been running well but the non-stick is starting to peel off (just tiny bit atm)
Also, my kmart one sometimes wont power up and need to unplug and replug a few times

but TBH, the kmart one has been working great but I believe philips one will just be in par or better

    Ordered. Thanks OP!

  • Has anyone got their cashback since the start of the Philips promotion?

  • Too slow, the price just gone up to $446.

  • Showing as $446 for me

Father’s Day promotion says promotion ends 4th Sep but claims not later than Oct,
If item arrives on mid Sep, can I still claim 100AUd given I purchased before 4th Sep?

    • +1

Looks like you can start the claim with just the order confirmation
      4) Upload a clear and legible scan or photo of the fully paid store or online purchase receipt, tax invoice or order confirmation indicating store name, store location (“online” if applicable), receipt number, date of purchase, model/item purchased and payment details (“Proof of Purchase”) for the Eligible Philips Product.

Oops! missed it. Could have pulled the trigger. +1

  • I bought, saw the delivery date to be Sep 1 to SEP 13, cancelled as I saw an earlier date and then the price changed. Fail.

    • Your original order probably would have shipped at the earlier date

      • Yeh well. It was just not meant to be this time. Perhaps 3rd time luck when the next cashback offer comes…

  • why do people go for these over turbo ovens?

  • +1

Got one during the last sale, a few initial impressions:
    - build quality seems very good. Feels solid while being easy to take apart for cleaning.
    - while called 'XXL' I was expecting a slightly bigger usable area for cooking
    - doesn't come with much in the way of accessories, but looks like plenty that can be purchased afterwards (e.g. a tray to have two levels of food cooking)
    - only a single compartment (but I believe you can buy dividers)
    - easy to use, I've just used basic settings so far but all really easy to just get going and cook.

that top review and photos of it on fire are pretty unsettling

  • I recently got the Digital Smart version of this and although I like it, it's not worth the extra money if you're on a budget. Get this one instead.

    Received mine today
Also just purchased the Grill Kit in TGG: https://www.thegoodguys.com.au/philips-grill-master-kit-for-…
Combined with TGG "HOME" 10% off and CashRewards 8% cashback
    Brings down to $38.09

*The grill plate will prevent the meat from sticking, seems to be better than using the original mesh one
    There's a review here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=upd7h3x-UcQ

  • Anyone paid by Zip during claiming received an email from Phillips asking to upload "fully paid purchase receipt"? I notice Amazon only gives a tax invoice with "grant total amount" but not showing payment made.
