Up to 85% off RRP on Selected Pacsafe Items + Shipping ($0 with $99 Spend) @ Pushys

780

A range of Pacsafe daypack products with large discounts, and they appear to stack with the discount code PUSH15 which is valid until 11pm on 18/08/22.

Here are some examples:

Pacsafe Venturesafe 32L G3 Backpack - $79
Pacsafe Vibe 40L Backpack Granite Melange - $64.50
Pacsafe Daysafe Anti-Theft Backpack Navy Polka Dot - $29.50
Pacsafe Venturesafe X18 Backpack - $44.50

I grabbed the Vibe 40L but only 2 of that model left at time of posting. Shipping to Sydney was $15, but apparently varies by product/destination if total spend is below $99.

Whoa!!! $200+ for a backpack? Even after discount it's still expensive.

    • all those locking mechanism patents add up!

      • +21

The only things getting locked up looking at these prices are my wallet and sphincter.

        • +3

Or getting locked up in the dog house when the wife finds out you spent $200+ on a backpack.

    • +1

Damn I read it wrong. Thought the highest price was $99 after 85% off.

For $249 USD I'd be looking for more than that! Yikes, just a little plastic stitched on logo to make it branded? I guess most products are like that these days though. 🤔

    • +1

PUSH15 for an extra 15% off.

  • +2

33L MRP $249… wow. What a bargain with 85% off. Waiting for 95%

    • +1

As an ozbargainer. Is it not customary to buy 10. Yeah?

  • +1

Surely they aren't that expensive if the qualities good. The Osprey ones around similar litres when they were selling around $100 was sold out.

    • Huge gaping chasm of difference between a $100 bag to a $200 or even $300.

You start getting into diminishing returns.

      • But these aren't $200 or $300, with the discount they're sub $100.

        • +1

Looking at the bags. Serious doubt they were ever worth their original price.

  • +2

Nothing screams "slash/steal my bags" like a full security backpack.

Pro tip: use a 'avg' looking bag with a pocket that sits both high and close to your back for valuables, never keep them in the outer pockets.

Nothing screams "slash/steal my bags" like a full security backpack.

Same goes for those camera and laptop bags. It just screams expensive shit inside.

    • +3

I keep my Falcon’s Supernova iPhone 6 Pink Diamond valued at a lazy 48.5 Million in a Woolies reuseable bag. Swear I've lost ZERO units.

    • Have you been to the middle east ? every bag screams steal my shit . Pro tip: don't

on the other hand, girls love this as a gift and they live forever ( the bags not the ..)

Never heard of this brand. Is it good?

    • +2

It’s awesome quaility. Got 1 backpack 6 years ago for travelling to asia looks new til now. Perfect for travelling to places that have a lot of pickpockets.

      • Mine is around 6 years old as well, daily use as well as camping and some longer trips. Looks like the day I bought it. Looks like a normal bag so doesn't scream expensive or secure from a normal glance.

Security features are easy enough to engage without being terribly easy for someone to disengage without you noticing. Most are hidden enough on mine that you wouldn't notice it was a locked down zip until you pulled it.

Got mine on a reasonable discount and they were similar in price to other bags of the same quality.

Why not make it $1000 RRP and go 96.55% off

    😂😂

Shhhh. You know they are likely reading this post, right? Don't give them any ideas. 🤣😂

I don't get out of bed for anything less than $10k and 99.1% off though. Oh wait these kinda are ….

Thanks OP. Bought a few items. Looks like these prices are half of the typical discounted price.

Thanks OP, I had a quick look on the website. I grabbed the Pacsafe Venturesafe 25L G3 Backpack Goji Berry $34.50 down from $220 seems pretty good.

    https://www.pushys.com.au/pacsafe-venturesafe-25l-g3-backpac…

I actually need a backpack for my month long trip in Europe at the end of the year. Not sure all the anti-theft features are necessary but it can't hurt and for the day trips I'll end up taking all the family's belongings.

  • +2

I have one of these from 10 years ago, and the is quality very good. The general bag material is nice, and sometime reinforced in metal wires - a bit unnecessary, but still very nicely made.

I wasn't prepared to buy their bags at RRP, but at some of these prices they'll make really good every day bags - Buy well, Buy Once. Compared to Osprey, they're probably more durable but their selling point is anti theft.

  • +2

Rats! Shame the Vibe 40L sold out, amazing price. Almost perfect dimensions for fitting within LCC airline requirements in Europe.

  • +1

PUSH15 for an extra 15% off.

    • so does that make it 100% off?

Good timing for a 15 off sale

grabbed a bag and a few bike packing bits

Actually the bag was just a throw in but good quality and replaces a worn out cheapie

    • invalid coupon

      • The coupon was expired at 11pm last night.

  • I thought they were motorcycle bags, for a minute got really excited.

  • How heavy is the 40 L one? Thinking of using it as a carry on.

  • Any biking backpacks with the straw for sipping while riding? Something similar to the kmart one, but a tad larger?

Some of those other Pacsafe items like girls' bags are very cheap.
Showed my daughter and turns out she likes Pacsafe already so I picked up a couple.

  • +1

Prices literally doubled as I added some to cart
    Sale ended?

Go to outdoor24.com.au. It looks to be owned by the same people as Pushys, based in QLD, same site design. Pricing is was the same as the original deals on Pushys when I looked 5 minutes ago.

My 2 bags arrived today. Venturesafe X 24 for me. Great bag. Really well made and useful design. Comfortable fit. It's a daily cycling replacement for my ageing and abused Osprey Zealot.
