  Also, I recently had a terrible experience buying from Zavvi. They sent the item from UK. Items was stuck in custom for over a month, finally it arrived but one of the legos is missing, they didn't provide refund, and I have to lodge a credit card charge back to get my money back. Stay away from them.

      Where do you suggest for similar pop culture stuff? My experience with Zavvi hasn’t been great - but they pretty consistently seem to have prop replicas at a quality and price point and width of range that nobody else seems to match.

      Popcultcha have been as decent Australian alternative. But prices aren’t always comparable and range isn’t as wide. Lots of the stores on Google that carry similar products seem to be sketchy AF and I’d love reliable alternatives.

    An entire set was missing or just pieces? You can get replacement missing pieces from Lego directly.

      The entire set, bought 3 items but only 2 arrived. Maybe one of them was lost or stolen during transit. Notified them immediately but they were unhelpful.

  I spent about $500 on lego from Zavvi and it made it all the way to Melbourne and I got confirmation Couriers Please had received it into their warehouse. Couriers please claimed it was lost and to get a refund from the sender. I reckon someone at Couriers Please stole my order. It took like 3-4 months but Zavvi did eventually refund me thankfully.

  I'm too scared to try order from them again though, must have been unlucky as I see many others have had no issues.

    No. Others have the same issue. My first purchase from them long time ago, they cancelled my order without any explanation and at the same time happily charged the purchase amount to my cc. When I approached them they lied about no charge had been made to my cc.

  So to give everyone a heads up.

  I bought this set from zavvi.

  Item arrived from London (WTF?!) Melbourne and scanned into a hub on 4/9/922. Today is the 9/9/22 and I live in Melbourne, item NOT delivered.

  Their courier appears to be DAI global who are absolutely hopeless. After 30 minutes on the phone being on hold the call was put to a voice mail. Unacceptable!

  Zavvi have responded to my query, asking me to get in touch with them on or after 14/9/922.

  They’re fcking hopeless, both zavvi and the courier.
