This screen is great. Been using it for the last 2 years and it has performed well. This is even cheaper than the same I bought it for in 2020

I've had one for a few months, it's been great so far.

You can get it for $180 delivered on ebay using the 15% off Afterpay promo code. Link.

the description in the link says IPS

      • IPS 1 ms is really good at this price, isn't it ?

They usually claim 1ms but they rarely achieve that if ever without some significant ghosting. Hardware Unboxed might have reviewed this monitor but not sure. However, if you're after this for just gaming at 1080p, I imagine it would be pretty good value. Its not super bright but should be fine for rooms without much sunlight (250nits) and it has a fairly wide colour gamut (98% DCI-P3). Not sure about actual colour accuracy though.

@AFM7: They did a review of the older panel, then AOC switched the panel so it was technically a totally different monitor with the same name. This one will probably have the swapped panel. If I remember correctly it had some advantages and disadvantages over the old one but it was still good overall. I personally think the Dell G2422HS or G2722HS are the best budget high refresh 1080p monitors.

@AFM7: Thanks a lot for the information. I was just curious about the 1 ms. Currently got Dell P2214H / HP Z22i 1080p monitors and I will use them for a while as I am playing at 60 Hz anyway.

  • Picked one up from Scorptec eBay for $180

    • how did you get that price?

      • They've bumped up the price now and the Afterpay deal is over. It was originally listed as $211.86, then the Afterpay discount on top.

Definitely one of the best budget 1080p 144hz monitors out there. I bought mine for 300ish back during 2020 based off HUB reviews, under 200 is a steal.
