This seems to match all time low posted here, never seen it go lower for us over here in aus, still a ripoff compared to the US prices. Perhaps a shipping forwarder would be viable to get it cheaper, but I don't have a clue about those.
Currently says 5 available at Scorptec, >10 available at Revcom and 7 (for slightly more at $856) at JW computers + $10 shipping.

  I use this mainly for sim racing (from Rift S), really really good. Very clear, great resolution.

  There was some issues with the original with AMD systems , HP sent me a free upgraded cable and all was fixed. Think all new ones have version 2 of the cable.

    hows the FOV ? I've got a Samsung Odyssey and it's ok for Sim racing but i feel like an ultrawide FOV to give you the sense of objects moving past in the periphery would make the sense of speed more convincing. Also what graphics card are you using?

      FOV is decent, I have heard others say it's a bit lacking, fine for me. People compare to the Pimax, but that wasn't out when I bought this.

      You can slightly mod the FOV too

    How did you go about getting the cable? Have a 6900xt and I'm having trouble with HL Alyx, crashes on loading screen. Got my g2 at launch, wonder if it's the cable.

    I have the G2 and im happy. I too race sims.

    I can't say which is better as I've not tried the vive, but i know I'm happy with the G2.
