Book an eligible package and for each full paying passenger, an additional passenger can fly for free.
The offer applies to single bookings, so all passengers must travel on the same flights and stay in the same hotel room, using available bedding configurations.

Limited changes can be made once booked. For any permitted changes a change fee and any fare difference will apply. For the free passenger/s, the fare difference will be calculated from a $0 fare.

  I'm confused on how this works. A lot of the packages are for 2 anyway, does this mean the "flights for 2" flies 4 or is the deal alread built into the package?

    It's built into the package. So it'd be from $484 whether there's 1 or 2 travellers. Normal prices are often advertised for 2, but if you select 1 traveller it'll be a bit cheaper.
