Price matching Aldi up coming sale .

    • surely most people would just get the bunnings one given they have much better warranty and obviously they have stock outside of that week…

    • Yep, matching upcoming ALDI's Ferrex 45W Staple and Nail Gun

      • Isn't that aldi's deal include a rotary tool too?

Try this for a review instead.

    • Thanks for linking that.

I did presume that $20 was too cheap for it to be decent and this proves it.

Not that I really needed one anyway but you know, bargains an that

    • In summary battery one is trash corded one does a decent job

      • Yeh that's my takeaway. For $20 looks like it does an ok job at stapling anyway, maybe not so much nailing.

I was actually looking to see how a battery stapler performed after seeing this post. Their PXC nail gun/stapler looks like it does a better job but it's more a nailer than stapler, much bigger, only does narrow staples and is $129 skin only anyway.

        • Realised I was looking at wrong one. There is a PXC staple gun that does T50s, $90 for the skin though. Can't find any reviews of it.

Looks like the $20 job might have to do for now.

  • lol got excited for a sec there, thought it was a nail gun

    • apparently it does nails too…

  • Bought one a year or so ago. Was good for a while and suddenly just stopped working. Nothing is jammed etc but just does not work anymore. It's an ok purchase of you don't mind it not lasting long.

    • Get it replaced under the 3 year warranty?

  • Where do we get the Staples/Nails sized for this model?

One of the Reviews on bunnings site says you don't get its T50 staples…

    Will this fit?
    Staples: https://www.bunnings.com.au/arrow-14mm-t50-staples-1250-pack…
    Nails: https://www.bunnings.com.au/powerfit-15mm-c1-series-galvanis…

    It needs:
    Staple Size – 8-14mm, T50
    Nail Size – 15mm, 18 Gauge T-Brad C1

    • Also can you easily buy stainless staples? I want to staple some outdoor canvas.
