    Can someone please enlighten me the different between these MGO150+ 7+UMF honey vs the 1kg tub raw honey for $12-$15 at the local grocers?

      This is Manuka honey, that's the different. For the benefits you better do some Google.

    Thanks for the post. For those of you who regularly consume Manuka honey, for everyday consumption, will there be an issue with consuming UMF 20+? Or do you general stick with the lower grades (e.g. 5-10)?

      If youre putting it in hot water, then most benefits are gone anyway.

      The rating is actually for topical application (i.e. on a wound, or skin issues like sebhorric dermatitis), where there have been studies that have found benefits. I, personally, use honey on my face for skin conditions and it works well.

      However, the amount of actual benefit of manuka v regular honey is minimal at best.

      It's just very good marketing. 20-30 years ago, in New Zealand, Manuka was seen as the worst kind of honey.

    $99.98 for the Stanley FATMAX Wet & Dry Vac looks like a great deal. Paid a bit more than that for the last damaged box one in-store maybe a year ago before they disappeared for a while.

      I unpacked mine and cleaned my car. Much better than my old Kmart vacuum cleaner.
