Are these better than the mob that post their Uggs on this website every week?

    • I think these uggs are owned by the 1.8 bill brand in america…

    • Also they got uggs for 9 bux on their website got a few pairs of them for next year every spring/summer i load up the trolley at rivers for uggs before the price hike during winter

These (Ugg Australian Shepherd) are manufactured in China, possibly using Australian wool. They have a green and gold kangaroo triangle tag attached to them stating Australian made but sitting inside the boot is a tag stating 'made in China'.

Not to be confused with Ugg Australia which are 100% manufactured in Australia.

Quality is OK. So if you are OK with the misleading branding then go for it.

    • which are 100% manufactured in Australia.

as per the ACCC/ ACL you could import leather into Australia, cut it, sew it and make shoes and call it Australian made

      https://www.accc.gov.au/system/files/Country%20of%20origin%2…

so even with imported leather, your shoes would be Australian made (possibly even if the person doing the cutting and stitching is a foreign worker)

wondering what the definition of 100% Australian made is?

Ugg Australia are supposedly made using sheep that are processed and tanned in Australia.

        • sheep that are processed and tanned in Australia

          (Picturing sunbathing sheep)

While the sheepskin is Australian, the soles are made in China; does that qualify them as 100% Australian made?

Can someone explain the sizing guide lol

These aren't sheep skin. It's wool stuck on leather. I have the same brand off ebay. Ok for a cheap pair, but they shed heaps. Made in China.

  • WARNING: Read their recent reviews before you make any purchases. Orders are taking 3-4 months to ship and they ship wrong/ damaged products. They never attend to your queries.
I've been a big fan of their products until last year.
I never recommend Rivera to anyone anymore.
    Buy at your own risk.

  • I've got a pair of these shepard uggs, theyre pretty bad quality compared to others. These squeak when i step, so it sounds like i'm walking on creaky floorboards wherever i go.

  • I have a pair and they are great, have non-slip slip sole instead of just a foam sole like th australian made ones, and the tops are sheepskin with the wool attached not stuck one …… rivers and kmart and some other places have like $10-20 pairs which aren't natural sheep skin, these are the expensive ones Rivers has.

pity it's women sizes, or I would get another pair for next winter.

$10 shipping kills it for me, got the last pair off Ebay and was free shipping and $39 for the boots.

  • Ordered these. Had to call them because they haven't done anything with my order from weeks ago. They've now cancelled due to no stock, but they are still selling the same size and colour.

Also, because I created an account to see if I could check my order status (you can't), I have started receiving spam from all of their brands. I've now logged in and unsubscribed from them all and noted these stores that I won't be shopping with again.

    • In Communications I unticked every box and hit submit. I then received more spam, i went back in and they were all ticked again. I assumed I must have messed something up, so I did it again. Got the green text at the top telling me it had been successful. Then received more spam. Went back and they're all ticked again. Tried again and checked straight away and sure enough, they're ticked again. Absolutely useless.
