    lol exactly, I have a seperate smart grinder pro myself which people say is a bit better than the built in and the ground can clumps pretty badly at times, so without shaking the portafilter while dosing and using WDT, the distribution will be absolute piss.

    although, we could just take it out and WDT outselves, it kinda defeats the idea of complete automation of this design.

      You can technically wdt and put it back for tamping. But the space there is so less, if the grinds is in a heap, can the portafilter be even be pulled out without grinds spilling.

    Similar to Oracle, but I reckon it is less controllable than manual levelling and tampering.

    anyone with the Oracle been able to get the auto tamping right? Tried to help someone setup the Oracle and I really struggled to get the tamping right.

      My sister has the Oracle, but I did not think you could adjust the tamping, It is factory set, same as the amount of beans that get grinded.

        There's a tamping level setting, I tried all levels and still wasn't doing it properly

          @pooks: Ok I checked and found video on youtube on how to adjust the level of the tamp fan level. But this is to control the coffee dose (I think factory set is 22gm). I don't think people meant to adjust this as it is very fiddly.

      Not my proudest moment but I was banking on a human error to send me a different bonus pack (I wanted to one with the coffee filter and black milk jug). I still uploaded the correct receipt, just picked a different machine from the dropdown box when asked which one was purchased :)
