Didn't read the "up to" in the title and I got baited reading the deal

  • Reword it maybe! Misleading.

Maybe replace "Up to $100" to "$10-$100"…

  • I never got my mothers day creditt, which was the same as this offer. Now have to chase up over $10, a lot of hassle

    • I never got my $40 for "THEBADGUYS" spent over $400 in this thread, so good luck if you will actually get them.

However, here is my experience from their last promised EOFY store credit:
For the record I am getting their spam text and email but NEVER receive my $40 Store credt after spending $450 in the last offer despite the folowing:

      1. spend 2 x1.5hr+ on the fone on hold no answer unable to leave message
2 Call good guys Artarmon shop twice, where I clicked and collected from, they are even more useless, they told me to call Goodguys online and after I complained twice they do not help ,she hung up!
      2. Tried Facebook book, as some suggested in the thread above, they replied and asked for my order details gave it to them after 1 week nothing happens, message them again have not heard back since been more than 1 month now.
      3. Tried online system message, received confirmation "will get back to you ….in 5 or was it 7 days….Never even heard back been more than 1 month since.
      4. I still have not gotten to report them to ACCC and Fairtrading as I am just exhausted from chasing them already!

So in conclusion, I will be dammed if I ever buy anything from them again, I would have spend over $15k over the years but that's it NEVER again!

I use to dislike Harvey Norman because of their ethics but compared to "THEBADGUYS" they must be saints.

So if you have nowhere else that offers better and love to waste time to chase them for their empty promises then go and buy from these BADGUYS!
Otherwise, I would suggest buy from JBHIFI instead even though they are own by the same group at least service and management is tops compared to these clowns…..YMMV
e.g recent woolies TCN HIM cards get 10% in points off, buying the same item from JB-HIFI instead (No, I do not work for JB or associated with them) ,

Sorry for the neg OP but OZBs need to know the risk they take when they buy from "THEBADGUYS" and for the record I am not the only one with these experiences check the thread.

      • I am on the same boat, it was the June click and collect promotion to get $60 store credit. The T&C said have to be picked up by 4th July 2022 but the store screwed up the order and my item was not available until a week later, hence did not qualify for store credit .. sent many "inquiry" but just got response said I wasn't eligible..
