It has been cheaper. But still a decent price if you need one now. Not a stand alone doorbell, so you'll need the Homebase 2 to use it, but perfect for anyone whos buying into the eufy ecosystem.

No worries I missed it there. I'm looking for something to connect to my Synology and the ReoLink doorbells have been out of stock for a while.
ReoLink look like the go-to for those wanting to run everything relatively natively through Home Assistant. I probably would avoid eufy atm if you're wanting a solid integration. It looks like its coming alone with the community support, but it's probably not matching the more native go with ReoLink.
