      Thanks. Ordered this instead

    • Reviews are saying the quality of those have dropped recently

      • Thats true. The 4th ply usually come off in some instances but I use that 1 ply on other stuff instead

      • both do the job and am always looking for the cheaper one

      Ordered thanks HC 👍🏻

    • I bought this about a month ago. I used to use the generic ones from woolworths, so the quilton ones are much better quality. They're thicker and softer. However, quite a few of them seem to separate, so you end up with a 3 + 1 ply.

It doesn't really matter to me since I use them to wipe up liquid or for purposes where it's not a big deal if the paper does separate, but it might matter to some.

Nope, it works out to be more expensive.
Quilton works out $1.46 per roll of 60 sheets while Viva works out to be $1.33 per 60 sheet roll ($1.20 with s&s).
How did you calculate Quilton to be cheaper?

      • Was 25 bucks and 22.5 .it is gone. Ozb
Ask the people @Brakus and @beebul how much they paid.

      • U too late

yeah I always look for the fine print at the bottom of the price label, like $1.33 per 100 sheets or such

and if the supermarket label doesn't show that information I keep walking

e.g. Quilton 3-ply toilet paper standard price used to be 26c per 100 sheets, now maybe more like 31c

    • We. bought Quilton recently and the quality is terrible; the entire pack of rolls the plys come apart. I will never buy Quilton again.

    • I still don’t buy any. These were $17.60 s&s not long ago and I stacked up then.

Ye nah I heard girls don’t like it thick ;)
      doesn’t fit into the roll.

      • sounds like the triple-length Quilton toilet paper I bought a while ago - while double-length is OK, the triple-length jams our wall-mounted toilet roll holder so the paper continually breaks at the first sheet unless I reach around and lift it off the wall - actuall it won't even fit on the roll unless we remove many layers first - so that proved to be a WOFTAM PITA

    was $10.80 back in April.

NO DEAL! If you pay more than $1 for a standard roll and $2 for a double roll you're paying too much

  • This is the same price as Coles for double length Viva.

    $8 = 3 double length rolls = 6 regular rolls

  • Bought both the Viva and Quilton before from Amazon and I can say for sure that Quilton 3Ply is the way to go.

I don't get it, why don't you all just buy the same thing but double length rolls for $24

    https://www.amazon.com.au/dp/B098XX3F1T/?coliid=I23OH8F4IRBU…

That works out to the same as $1 per normal roll, much better price. Oh and if you go S&S it works out even less than $1 a roll, now that is a bargain.

I brought a couple of these yesterday from the same seller, Threestone it was like $1 for 12 double rolls. Makes me think its scam with the reviews and I received a FedEx tracking number which won't work when you try and search.

      • Yeah order cancelled.

  • any deals on TP ?

  • when I ordered this last time, it never arrived and Amazon doesn't give you a refund because this is not covered by A-Z warranty..

  • Basically the same price at BigW, $8 for 6 - https://www.bigw.com.au/product/viva-paper-towel-6-pack/p/57…

I personally go for the double length rolls (120 sheets per roll vs 60). One time purchase is $24 per double length roll (obviously S&S is the way to go once you know your consumption rate @ $21.60 per double length roll.

    Regular length (60 sheets/roll):
    $ 0.020 per sheet

    Dbl length (120 sheets/roll):
    $ 0.015 per sheet ✅

Savings if you purchase double length rolls: $ 0.005 per sheet / $ 0.60 per roll / $ 7.20 per pack of 12 rolls (25%!!)

    —-Price per roll——
    Regular length (60 sheets/roll):
$14.40 for pack of 12 rolls
    14.4 ➗ 12 = $ 1.20/roll

    Dbl length (120 sheets/roll):
$21.60 for pack of 12 rolls
    21.6 ➗ 12 = $ 1.80/roll

It's 25% cheaper for double length, takes up MUCH less storage space, you're not changing the rolls as frequently AND it uses less materials to produce/wrap (rolls are close to the same size = less plastic wrapping + the same volume of paper towel uses half as many cardboard 'cores').
