Immortal Redneck is an FPS set in Egypt with rogue-lite elements. The game mixes old-school first-person shooter action with a rogue-lite mechanics. Frantic gameplay, twitch controls and an arcade-style feel meet randomly generated dungeons, a complete skill tree, permanent death and 9 classes with different traits.

  Actually, it's like Ziggurat. It's a roguelike shooter, and a good one at that. It's nothing like serious sam other than both games being from first person perspective. A roguelike first person shooter is a game that has randomly generated levels, and you upgrade after each run. Like the highly rated, hades, or rogue legacy 1/2.

  If you don't like this genre, that's fine. But for those that do. Let this explanation give you clarity.

      They possibly just saw the Egyptian design and location and made a comparison from there. Totally different style of actual gameplay though.

  Where can I find recommend age group information. I don't think it is suitable for 8-10 years old?

    Not sure. But then it's got no gore has nothing sexual I've seen, it does however have a few swear words spoken by your character as you play.

    M for course language. Would be my guess.
