      Hi Haz,

      It has what they called a universal socket. A universal socket or universal wrench socket resembles a standard deep socket but features many small metal pins in its head. The pins make the socket compatible with a high range of fasteners, including bolts and nuts.

      Meanwhile, it has 3 outputs of USB-A.

          I mean it's interesting to know that it's "compatible" with some "bolts and nuts"
          but I'd prefer to stick an AU plug in there.

        I thought you couldn't legally sell a universal socket device in Australia ie that it has to have Australian sockets only if it provides mains voltage output.

            @TechAroundYou: so, a summary seems to be, the photo is not the actual thing, you can put bolts and nuts in the universal socket that it has, and it doesn't have a universal socket.
            I'm confused.

      The dimension of NES500 is 262mm x 237mm x 154mm.

      The dimension of NES1200 is 317mm x 214mm x 282.5mm.
