  • $540 for all of them less 10% credit. I would have considered this a long ago for a nice collection, but now happy to read (and have the kids read) cheaper paperbacks that I have and on kindle/Guttenberg to be more sustainable.

    • +1

That's fair. I love a physical book and paperbacks are going for a similar price (or a bit cheaper from Amazon but they tend to come a bit damaged) so for me it has been a no brainer to pick some up. They make great gifts too.

      • I love physical books too, especially hardcovers - I have many thousands that I have to get through (far more non-fiction). Also, I was fortunate to acquire many paperback fiction books for $0.5-1 from Target a few years ago.

  • alot of em are already out of stock yet still available on their ebay portal store.

    • Ah, so that is where they have disappeared to. Be aware the out of stock is only for online. You have to go to the listing for each book to check in-store availability.

edit: looks like the $15 deal isn't available and a few are more expensive on eBay

    little women

    Moe:

"And then they realised - they were no longer little girls, (tearing up) sniff, they were little women"

Best value is Moby Dick. Worst value is The Art of War.

  • Are these not all public domian and free via project gutenberg in e-format?

    • +3

You are paying for the physical book and quality of workmanship.
