    This isn't wireless is it?

    Or build your own.

      If you're like me, you're time poor and want a turn key solution, that's why this is appealing.

      Likely to cost a lot more unless you've got the tools and skills to DIY the case

    Great value, easily upgraded to Sanwa parts if/when necessary, compatible with just about everything (I use a Wingman XE Converter for my PS5, works fine).

    • Not sure if it's worth spending $90+ on this then spend $60+ on sanwa parts. I bought one and the immediately returned it last year as I didn't like the loose joystick. Went with the Capcom home arcade with genuine sanwa for two players. Works great with raspberry pi and Mister FPGA with minimal lag.

        Not much else around the price point. Next price range is like $300 odd

        Edit: I'll correct myself by saying the Qanba Carbon is around this price

      • hey God, you use the Capcom home arcade as a joystick only?

        • I doubt it, I look dinto this and it doesn't do it native, and someone has made a pcb you can buy to mod it for switch, but at the time it was either too exe for xbox or it didn't exist. Might have been one but by the time you add a pcb for xbox, ps4, 5 etc you have spent twice what the stick goes for

            @Jackson: Yes using Capcom home arcade as controller only. With the custom firmware.you can boot into normal mode to play CPH games but that's no fun. I just use it as a controller. I got CPH around $199 on amazon

          • +1

            @Jackson: @Jackson you don't need a special PCB. It's all done via software. Join the Reddit for CPH and a full guide is there. You will have to open CPH to boot it in to USB mode so you can flash custom firmwares

        • Yes as a two player controller only

            @Godgodgod: I need to find out more about this:

            1. Why do you keep calling it CPH? Isn't it CHA?
            2. So you can update firmware to choose between booting normal CHA or booting in a "controller mode"?
            3. Is it booting off a USB drive that you add firmware to or are you flashing the built in memory?
            4. Does it allow you to use it on all platforms like the Mayflash?
            5. When you say "as a two player controller only", do you mean it can be used for one or two players? Or is "only" meant to mean not as a CPH?

            I tried to look up reddit CPH and all I get is some stock advice

            • +1

              @Jackson: Yes CHA.
              2. Yes, custom firmware is the best bet
              3. It's booting off flash. At boot special key combo to boot into controller mode
              4. Not sure about all platforms. Works on PC, rpi4 and Mister FPGA which is my use case.
              5. It can work two player or one player. Off single USB cable.

              Sorry I meant CHA for some reason it may have turned to CPH as auto correct.

              @Jackson: R/Capcom home arcade

              Chokohack is the key word

      Wingman XE Converter only works for PS4 games on PS5 not PS5 games on PS5

      • Yes that’s correct sorry, Wingman XE won’t work if the game is PS5 native and doesn’t support PS4 controllers. That is the minority of fighting titles at this stage of the consoles lifespan though.

  • Got a PS4, which one of these 3 is better for Tekken series, occasionally?

    • The 101 is a mini.

      • The only difference is size or any other things missing in mini ?

    Neat, me and my brother both bought one. Apparently the stick is a bit loose, so I might upgrade to a sanwa stick later on.

    • Sanwa loose, MCA tight!

    • I got one as well even after reading the same thing. I think at this price point it's worth a go. If I find myself using it enough to warrant sanwa parts, I'll upgrade later. I don't play a lot of fighting games as I get sore quite quickly using a regular controller. Maybe I will play them a bit more with something like this.

  • Are the buttons and stick in this the same as the F300?

  • Damn, just wasted 189 today lol
