            @Hybroid: The returns are only if you don't open it right? This is silly, just wait for the game to come out, read reviews, watch videos and then decide like a normal person. Otherwise you're paying a pre-order price. Who wants to have to return and post stuff that you don't need? Don't buy it in the first place. There's obviously also a carbon footprint to receive and send back goods that you never wanted.

              @kiriakoz: Incorrect. They can be opened, just not activated or missing booklets/damaged. I've returned one game in the last 2-3 years (Cyberpunk) which is hardly a big issue. The Carbon footprint relatively small as you're not sending a whole truck just to pickup for one game, it's just added to the existing pickups for the post office and given the size and weight of a disc, there are far more meaningful things you can do to reduce your carbon footprint.

            @Hybroid: Yeah but then you're further supporting Amazon… I get they're the cheapest and most convenient for a lot of things. But where does the buck stop when every single person has the same mentality of 'I want the cheapest cost for me, regardless of cost to society'.

            I want to say that I also use Amazon for some things and would love to know what the alternative to this convenience trap is. We as a whole should strive to do better.

      A strong principle to have, but sometimes I am willing to take the risk. Unfortunately pre-orders/1st day sales are often considerably cheaper than games are for the next month or two after release, so if it's something I'm confident I'll get regardless of reviews, I'll pre-order.

      Plus, with Amazon you can return it anyway, so no risk really.

    i remember reading somewhere about no actual quidditch matches, and all you get to do is to 'fly'/travel around in a broomstick.
    i dont think it's worth the $82. Will wait for it to be much lower.
