      then clicked on the goto deal link above and it added another $50

    Sounds alot of people having issues with Big W.

    I've used it 10-15 times and had absolutely no issues.

    Customer support have been very good and helpful.

    Hey, I just signed up to the app, haven't made a purchase at all yet, and I have both $50 and $25 as pending, total $75 in the pending cashback balance…

    How can that be if I haven't made any purchases yet? Should I make two $50 purchases to activate them? or like previous threads, is it $50 ex GST that has to be met?

      just close all open bookmarks and reload webpage, chrome IE etc and start shopping. I just did mine with no dramas. tracking took about couple of hours for me but didn't matter as long as it did. happy days !!!

      My guess is that it works similarly to Cashrewards ?

      If you activate one of the bonus Cashrewards offers, then the additional cashback is immediately shown as pending, but unless you go through with the actual purchase, then the pending cashback will eventually get declined & removed.

    My Liquorland purchase from 10 days ago did not get tracked. However, as mentioned by a few comments the Cheddar support is great. Shout out to Nathan for sorting it out (by manually crediting my account).

    Has anyone had their ubereats approved when they used gift card to pay?

    The store specific requirement says:

    Cashback will be eligible on orders paid with Uber Wallet.

    Which is where gift cards are stored. However, there is a generic T&C at the bottom which says:

    Cashback will not be earned on purchases of gift cards or if using a gift card as a payment method.

    The $50 bonus is a scam. I signed up months and months ago, the cashback has been available from Menulog for months and the bonus is still just pending.

        sounds like if you don't get the cashback in the expected timeframe, just call support and they should be helpful enough to credit it manually, so long as it's been tracked in the app.

        made a purchase today, it was tracked within 10 minutes

    Oh my lord… I hope this mess straightened out

    for everyone thinking that they can use the referral link and profit $25 cashback in addition to the $50 cashback link for becoming a new user, total $75, I think the Rep has been on a different page to everyone here…. Meaning, sure, you as a referrer can 'refer someone and get $25' on top of the $50, but not receive the '$25 for being referred' from someone on OzBargain

      It should be inclusive of GST however any cashback % are calculated excluding GST.

    Just checked my Cheddar app and they finally processed my $70 bonus cashback from way back in June, but it was DECLINED!!!! I clearly spent the $70 as per the terms of the offer, and their reasons for declining are not stated clearly - just that it was declined either by the merchant or Cheddar…

    I've emailed support - will be interesting to see what they have to say. If I don't get a suitable reply, I'll be taking it up with CBA who I have been a long time customer with, as they were the ones promoting the offer…

      If you make a return and your cashback is declined by the store, you won't qualify for the bonus. If you need to make a return, I recommend cancelling and reordering so that your eligibility for cashback and the bonus isn't impacted.
