  • any examples of good deals?

  • Sadly doesn't seem to work on ADL-AKL, $500 off a business class flight on that route would be quite a large percentage discount!

I swear qatar and emirates are unaffordable these days. Even a 25% off deal a few months ago made no difference compared to say singapore airlines . Honestly no deal here

Not sure about world's best airline..
    Food was meh
Seats were fine but not special
Cabin bag is limited to 7kg one piece - not even a laptop bag allowed extra.

I flew BNE > London recently and it felt crap compared to Singapore / Emirates

  • BNE > KUL …. 40+ hours … didn't bother checking number of stops :D

  • CPH-DOH-BNE couple months ago…

Best service for both flights, best (Q-Suite) seats, best experience, friendly staff, amazing food…

I can compare with business Singapore (BNE-SIN) and Etihad (SIN-AUH-MAD): Singapore flight attendants seemed like sad robots (similar experience with Singapore before but I'd like to believe that it is not always like that). They had no expression, not a single welcome smile… It felt like someone had died on board, or that their salary was overdue, or that they were being threatened by the boss… Many options, but none of them seemed happy.

Etihad's service and staff was better than Singapore, but Qatar was superior in all aspects.

When I was buying the tickets, they were all pretty much the same price for business: Singapore, Emirates, Etihad, Qatar… It was my first Qatar business flight.

  • Still too expensive. Singapore Airlines is better and cheaper.
