        Bought ebook, was promised epub. Got ACSM. Ugh - by the time I go through the steps convert it back to something useful I've burned more dollars than the cost of just buying it full price elsewhere. Or of course use the booktopia app with a stellar 1.5 star rating on google play.

    Anyone know if shipping is included in the cashback? Or is cashback only applied on the price of the book? The T&Cs on the cashback website don't say either way, so I would assume shipping is included.
