Similar thing happened to me with Chromecast order recently. Ordered with pickup but eBay decided it wanted to deliver it and changed it even though click and collect was selected.
Cancelled immediately but 2 days later TGG said it was too late as it was already shipped - 2 days after the cancellation request.
I messaged them….no response.
Read that others have had the same problem with TGG as well.
