Really?? Surprised as for me they’ve been the best. I’ve got about 10 accounts with them
Kind of similar to MYOB, completely lost their way and wondering why they're losing market share
So which one is better?
Stay away from MYOB. They wanted to charge me $750 to copy data from their older software into newer version (back in 2004). left them in 2004. Then thought i would give them one more go in 2021 now that they have Saas products. Toxic customer treatment culture still lives. (probably due to same management/ownership). Also, inferior product. Why would westpac choose MYOB to partner with?
Do you recommend any alternatives?
Xero, not free but 10x better.
This is the worst bank you could open your business account with. I went to their branch three times and they couldn't open the account. Twice it was the issue that their system wasn't connecting to the ASIC server to verify the ACN. The staff at some local branches are so rude as if they own the bank. Moreover if you own an Pty Ltd you could purchase any account software and claim it as an expense
